Growing up as a competitive athlete through college, Rob was no stranger to a focus on physical and mental fitness. But it wasn't until 2009 that he discovered yoga as a way to stay fit and healthy during recovery from surgery. It was then that he began to discover the true breadth and depth of opportunity that yoga provides to explore and evolve his physical, mental and spiritual strength and resilience. Yoga has been a consistent, core part of his life ever since.
Rob completed his yoga teacher training (200 hour RYT) in 2024 at Flow Yoga Studio in Hohokus, NJ. His priority is to create a safe, supportive space that is appropriate for all levels. His classes maintain an emphasis on presence, alignment and linking breath to movement while encouraging students to challenge themselves to build strength, length and resilience. And have fun in the process!

I help women and couples find safety & acceptance within. You may hold deeply ingrained beliefs- but they aren’t facts. They may be coping skills that helped you get through life until today, yet they’re now keeping you stuck. You can absolutely go from coping to thriving by harnessing your untapped inner strengths. Great therapy isn't talking! I integrate mind & body (Sensorimotor) skills to process your experiences so they no longer control you. You’ll develop a 'felt' sense in your body and confidence in your own skills to get through each day calmly, improve relationships, and find the ease in meeting your needs. I am Certified in Cannabis Assisted Therapy, creating plant blends adjusted to your needs assisting your healing in a different way. My model of care uses movement and sound frequencies to regulate your brain wave state which offers deeper attunement, emotional support as well as trauma release.
